Just wanted to share a coaching analysis video that I’ve made on different types of passes in rugby.

This video looks at the pop pass, end-over-end pass and spin pass. We also consider the best situation to use each type of pass and the technical differences between them.

I’ve made this as a coaching aid for players who are relatively new to the game, so whether your a coach, player, or even a supporter, hopefully this video has something for everyone.
